What is the moq for mold‑opening custom items?
Our MOQ for new mold custom cups is usually 5000 pcs, negotiable for long‑term cooperation.
Can you make the cup strictly according to my 3D drawing?
We can follow your 3D file, while slight adjustment will be made for production feasibility before mould making.
Will you show us sample before mass production after mold finished?
Sure, pre‑production sample will be offered for your confirmation before bulk production.
How many times can this mold be used? What is mold life?
Our steel mould can reach about 300,000 shots under normal production condition.
Can we modify cup size or structure after mold is finished?
Small partial modification is available with extra cost. Big structure change needs a brand‑new mold.
What file format should I provide for mold‑opening?
Please offer 3D files in STEP / IGES format, 2D drawing with dimension marks is also helpful.
If mass production has quality problem caused by mold, how will you handle?
We take responsibility for mold‑caused defects, we will repair mould and remake goods for you.
How long does mould opening take?
It generally takes 25‑35 working days for new mold development. If your cup has special or complicated structure, extra days will be required. We will confirm the exact schedule with you once your design is finalized.
What is the mold lead time?
Normally it takes 30‑45 working days for mold making. The exact time depends on product complexity.
Can we get mold ownership after payment?
Yes, once full mold cost is settled, the mold belongs to you, we will keep it in our factory for mass production.And not sale for others.
Can I get pre‑production samples after mold is finished before mass order?
Sure. Once mold is completed, we will make free pre‑production samples and send to you for confirmation, mass production will start only after your approval.
